ALTIAM EXTRA DRY is a worldwide-unique vinegar. Exceptional, it comes from the slow transformation of fir syrup into vinegar, after a first alcohol fermentation and a several month aging in oak barrels.

With a beautiful gold color with purple hints, ALTIAM EXTRA DRY develops delicate notes of fir tree and high moutains at the attack. Those are followed by the freshness and the liveliness of the slightly acid flavours which blend with red fruits and wild resin aromas.

It’s a dry and delicate vinegar ideal for enhancing your gourmet salads, deglaze your meats or for sautéed mushrooms.
